Shipping Charges
We always endeavour to ship orders via the most economical and reliable shipping option. Please contact us with any specific shipping requests.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed in the cart page once you’ve added one or more products to your shopping cart.
Insurance
Unless requested, most orders will be shipped with no additional insurance cover beyond that offered by Australia Post (up to $100).
Shipping Times
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible via Australia Post, once payment is received and subject to production timeframes and/or stock availability. Some of our products are prepared by third parties and may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control (we’ll make every effor to contact you about any delays). You will receive a notification email when your order ships.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post using the regular letters or parcel post services. You can check the expected delivery time for your order using the Australia Post Postage and Delivery Times calculator. In general, you can expect to receive your order between 5 – 10 business days after your order has shipped.
Orders containing multiple items are normally combined and sent as as single shipment.
Discounted/Free Shipping
Some products may be eligible for discounted or free shipping, either through the use of a coupon or during a promotion.
A coupon attracting discounted or free shipping may apply to all products or only to specific products in your cart.
You must enter a valid coupon code within the cart page and press the ‘Apply coupon’ button before any applicable shipping discounts are applied to your cart total. Shipping discounts attached to a promotion are applied automatically.
Local Pickup
Orders can be collected in person, at no charge, from the Scarborough, Western Australia (6019) area. We’ll contact you after receiving your order to arrange a mutually convenient appointment.
Local Stockists
All of our products are currently sold exclusively through the loverlarn.com web site.
International Orders
We only ship to mainland Australia and Tasmania through our web site. Please contact us to request a shiping quote for international orders.
